這篇整理我最近學習用 ComfyUI AIGC大佬提供的工作流 「万物皆可Q：IP角色一键智绘Q版风格」做的一系列 Q 圖測試。這是一份可回頭查的操作備忘：什麼類型的照片適合、提示詞怎麼寫、哪些結果穩、哪些地方容易跑偏。
使用的工作流
這次使用的是 ComfyUI 裡的 「万物皆可Q：IP角色一键智绘Q版风格」。
核心方向是把照片中的主體轉成 Q 版 / chibi / IP 公仔 / 3D 玩偶感，同時盡量保留原本的姿勢、服裝、場景和色彩線索。
範例 1：合照轉 Q 版

合照是很好測試工作流穩定性的素材，因為畫面裡有人數、座位、桌面、背景和手勢。這類照片的提示詞重點不是「變可愛」而已，而是要強調保留每個人、站位、坐位、桌面、餐具與室內背景。
Convert every person in this group photo into cute Q-version chibi IP characters. Keep all people, seating and standing positions, table, cups, restaurant background, clothing colors, gestures, and group-photo composition recognizable.
範例 2：旅遊人物照 / 和服照

旅遊照很適合 Q 版化，尤其是有明確服裝特色的照片，例如和服、制服、禮服、cosplay。這類照片要把提示詞寫得更像「紀念公仔」。
Convert the person in this photo into a cute Q-version chibi IP figurine. Keep the original pose, kimono shape and floral patterns, outfit colors, handbag, hair accessory, street or indoor background, perspective, and photo composition recognizable.
範例 3：寵物貓 Q 版

貓咪轉 Q 圖的效果很直觀。重點是不要只寫「cat」，要把牠的毛色和姿勢寫出來，例如黑白毛色、黑尾巴、綠眼睛、粉紅鼻子、躺姿、地板與室內光線。

範例 4：遊戲角色轉 Q 版，維持姿勢

遊戲角色圖很容易被模型自動整理成「站立公仔」，所以如果原圖是坐姿、飛行姿、躺姿，就要明確要求維持姿勢。

Keep the same body angle, head tilt, arm placement, leg position, silhouette, outfit or markings, accessories, background, color palette, and framing recognizable. Do not change the subject into a standing pose.
範例 5：風景 / 地標轉 Q 版微縮場景

這個工作流雖然叫 IP 角色，但不只人物能用。風景照也可以轉成可愛的微縮模型場景。地標照片要避免寫 character，而是改成 miniature scene 或 diorama。
Convert this entire image into a cute Q-version chibi IP style miniature scene or diorama. Keep the original landmark, flowers, garden layout, tower, signs, buildings, trees, sky, perspective, color palette, and photo composition recognizable.
我整理出的提示詞規則
1. 不要只寫「轉 Q 版」
只寫「轉 Q 版」通常會讓模型自由發揮，可能把姿勢、背景、衣服都改掉。比較穩的寫法是：Convert the main subject into a cute Q-version chibi IP figurine. Keep ...
2. 每次都列出「要保留什麼」
人物要寫 pose、outfit colors、accessories、hairstyle、background、composition。寵物要寫 fur markings、eye color、tail、pose、paws。地標要寫 landmark、signs、buildings、trees、flowers、sky、perspective。
3. 複雜姿勢要特別寫
如果想保留坐姿、躺姿、蹲姿、抱東西、伸手、側身，提示詞要加 strictly preserving the exact original pose and composition，並且明確寫 Do not change the subject into a standing pose.
4. 風景照要改成「微縮場景」
風景照不要用人物提示詞。寫成 miniature scene 或 diorama 會比較合理。
5. 輸出後一定要看圖
這類工作流很容易出現主體變可愛但姿勢改了、背景被簡化、人數或配件減少、文字招牌變形、複雜手勢被重畫等狀況，所以每張圖都要視覺檢查。
我的結論
「万物皆可Q」這個工作流很適合做可愛、公仔、紀念品感的圖片。人物、寵物、遊戲角色、旅遊地標都能用，但提示詞要依照素材類型調整。
最實用的用法不是每張都追求完全像原圖，而是把它當成一個 照片轉 Q 版紀念圖的生產流程：判斷主體類型、選提示詞模板、強調要保留的元素、生成、視覺檢查、必要時重跑一版。
最後 最簡單的方式 是上傳照片給AI 不管是ChatGPT 或 Gemini 再請AI產生提示詞後，將提示詞貼到工作流 直接出Q版圖。
